These terms govern your use of godoftoys.in and any order you place with us. By placing an order you accept them. If something here is unclear, ask us before you buy rather than after.

Who you are buying from

God of Toys is an importer and retailer of hobby-grade radio-controlled models, based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. Payments are processed by our registered payment partner. We are not the manufacturer of the products we sell; we are the seller and your first point of support in India.

Products and descriptions

• Specifications are taken from the manufacturer. Where a manufacturer does not publish a figure, we leave it blank rather than estimate it.
• Photographs are of the product, but colour can vary slightly between screens and between production batches.
• Top speeds, runtimes and ranges quoted by manufacturers are measured under ideal conditions. Real figures depend on battery condition, surface, temperature and how the model is driven.
• These are hobby-grade models, not toys. Several are unsuitable for young children without adult supervision. Where an age guidance is given, please follow it.

Pricing and payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise on the product page.
• Cash on delivery, where offered, carries a handling fee shown clearly at checkout before you confirm.
• We may correct an obvious pricing error. If a price was wrong we will contact you before dispatch and you may cancel for a full refund.
• An order is confirmed only once payment is received, or once we confirm a pay-later or cash-on-delivery order with you directly.

Stock and backorders

We allow orders on items showing zero stock. In that case we will tell you the expected wait before taking the order forward, and you may cancel at any point before dispatch for a full refund.

Warranty, returns and claims

Replacement for manufacturing defects is covered by our Returns & Replacement Policy. Two points are worth repeating here, because they are the two that cause disputes:

• A claim must reach us within 48 hours of delivery.
• An unedited unboxing video is mandatory — one continuous recording from sealed packaging through to the product powering on.

Crash damage, water damage on models not rated waterproof, wear items and damage from wrong batteries or charging are not covered. RC models are driven and flown at speed; breakage through use is part of the hobby and is served by spares, not by replacement.

Safety and your responsibility

• LiPo and Li-ion batteries must be charged with the supplied or an equivalent correct charger, never left charging unattended, and never charged when swollen or damaged.
• Fly and drive only where it is lawful and safe to do so. You are responsible for complying with local rules, including any that apply to model aircraft in your area.
• You are responsible for any injury or damage caused by a model you operate.

Intellectual property

Brand names and logos shown on this site are the trademarks of their respective owners. Our own text, photography and layout may not be copied for commercial use without permission.

Liability

Our liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits any right you have under Indian consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to it.
