Where we ship, how long it takes, and what happens when something goes wrong in transit.
Where we ship
Across India. We do not ship internationally at present.
What it costs
Standard shipping is free on all orders. Cash on delivery carries a handling fee, shown at checkout before you confirm, because it costs us more to collect and carries a much higher return rate.
Dispatch time
- Orders paid online are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days.
- Pay-later and cash-on-delivery orders are dispatched once we have confirmed the order with you on WhatsApp.
- Backordered items are dispatched when stock lands. We will tell you the expected wait before taking the order forward.
- Every unit is bench-tested in Noida before it is packed, which is worth the extra few hours.
Delivery time
Typically 2–4 working days within Delhi NCR and 4–8 working days elsewhere in India, depending on the courier network and your PIN code. Remote areas take longer. These are courier estimates, not guarantees.
Tracking
You receive a tracking number on WhatsApp once the parcel is picked up. If tracking has not moved for three working days, message us and we will chase the courier.
Delivery address
Please check your address and PIN code carefully. We can correct an address before dispatch if you message us quickly. Once a parcel is in the courier network an address change is not always possible, and a parcel returned because the address was wrong or nobody was available may attract a re-dispatch charge.
Damaged in transit
If the outer packaging is visibly damaged, please refuse the delivery or record an unboxing video before opening. Transit damage is covered by our Returns & Replacement Policy, and the video is what allows us to claim against the courier and replace your unit quickly. Without it we usually cannot.
Batteries and air transport
Products containing LiPo or Li-ion batteries move by surface transport under courier rules. That is the main reason some PIN codes take longer than others.
