This explains what we collect, why, and what we do not do with it. It is written to be read, not to be skipped.

What we collect

• To fulfil your order: name, delivery address, mobile number and email. The courier receives what it needs to deliver.
• If you create an account: your mobile number or the email attached to the Google account you sign in with, and your GOT Coins balance and order history.
• Automatically, when you visit: pages viewed, approximate location (city level, from your connection), device and browser type, and IP address. We use this to see what is working on the site and to spot abuse.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your data. Not to anyone, for any price.
• We do not see or store your card details. Payments are handled entirely by our payment partner.
• We do not send marketing calls. Your mobile number is used for order updates and support.

Who else touches it

Only the services needed to run the shop: our payment gateway, our courier partners, WhatsApp for order messages, and the hosting and database providers the site runs on. Each receives only what its job requires.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as we are required to for tax and accounting. Website analytics records are kept for a limited period and then deleted. Account details are kept until you ask us to remove them.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and its data. WhatsApp or email us and we will action it. Deleting your account also deletes any unused GOT Coins balance.

Cookies and similar

We use browser storage to keep your cart, keep you signed in, and count visits. You can clear it at any time in your browser settings; the cart and sign-in will be forgotten if you do.

Children

The site is not intended for use by children on their own. Orders should be placed by an adult.
